Good to know
- Prices are live, in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT), and may change until you book. A flight price is the total for all passengers. A hotel price is the total for the whole stay; taxes marked as not included are paid at the hotel.
- Baggage and refunds depend on the fare. Search prices are for the cheapest fare of each flight; ask about baggage or refunds for a flight and Claude lists its fares with their prices. You pick the fare on the booking page.
- Flight booking links stay valid for about 20 minutes. After that, ask Claude to search again.
- Earlier searches stay available for 24 hours within a conversation.
- Passengers: up to 9 per search, at least one adult per infant. Infants travel on an adult's lap; children travelling alone can't be searched.
- Not covered: visa rules, pets and other airline policies. Check them with the airline or an official source.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| “City lookup is temporarily unavailable” or “search failed” | Try again in a minute |
| Claude asks which city you mean | Add the country, for example “Paris, France” |
| The booking link opens an expired search | The link is older than about 20 minutes; search again |
| A hotel search returns few hotels | Results arrive gradually; ask Claude to check for more |
Privacy and support
